AGC Scholarships provides advocacy and grants. Applicants must have a diagnosis of infertility, be over 18 years of age and a US Citizen. 12 week application window announced on social media channels when open.
The Gift of Parenthood grant can be used to cover any expenses associated with assisted reproduction such as IUI, IVF, egg and sperm donation, egg freezing, and surrogacy. Grants are awarded several times a year based on availability of funds.
Grants from Family Formation Charitable Trust are open to individuals or couples seeking to build their family through adoption or assisted reproduction. There is no formal income requirement, however the committee takes financial hardship into consideration when determining grant recipients.
Cade Foundation provides IVF grants to U.S. citizens and has averaged dispensing 7.3 grants per year for over the last decade.
INCIID provides IVF scholarships at a handful of national clinics including in NY, GA and CT. The organization aims to provide one scholarship per month. Applicants typically earn under $65,000 per year.
Journey to Parenthood awards at least one scholarship per year for up to $10,000 to be used for IUI, IVF or egg donation.
Baby Quest awards grants twice yearly - May and November. Awards range from $2,000 - $15,000 plus medications. This past year, Baby Quest awarded 15 grants.
Hope for Fertility awards $500 - $3,500 grants in June to legally-married couples who are U.S. citizens with an infertility diagnosis.
Starfish Fertility Foundation offers IVF grants to any person in the U.S. without coverage.
Associates Home Loan offers a $1,000 grant to hopeful parents who are growing their family through adoption. Recipients are selected twice a year with deadlines for application on June 15th and December 30th.
PATIENT SPECIFIC
Bob Woodruff Foundation provides up to $5,000 funding to veterans eligible for the BWF Veterans In Vitro InitiAtive (VIVA) Fund. VIVA can help defray costs associated with the VA IVF program and does not have the same exclusions as the VA IVF program.
The Samfund provides a family building grant of up to $4,000 for cancer survivors.
Men Having Babies provides cash grants and in-kind grants to assuage the costs of IVF treatment, as well as egg donor and surrogacy costs. There are two distinct levels of support available to intending fathers globally.
Hasidah provides IVF grants to Jewish families demonstrating a medical and financial need. Hasidah does not prescribe an exact amount for grants or loans, but they typically run between $5,000 and $15,000.
Making Miracle Babies provides interest free loans for up $18,000 to jewish families living in the Miami area.
Tree of Life provides grants of up to $10,000 for Jewish hopeful parents living in Central Texas who earn under $100,000 per year.
Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia (JFCS) provides funds to Jewish individuals and families living in the greater Philadelphia area who are confronted with infertility and the financial burden of fertility treatments that are not covered by insurance.
Ferring Pharmaceuticals Heart Beat Program provides select fertility medications at no cost to female patients with a cancer diagnosis.
The Fertility for Colored Girls Gift of Hope Award, grants up to $10,000 to be used to cover costs of fertility treatments and family building. (No longer accepting applications for 2020)
The Jewish Fertility Foundation gives grants to people trying to grow their families in 7 locations: Atlanta, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Denver, Greater DC, Pittsburgh, and Tampa. Grants are available for same sex couples, and single parents by choice. At least one member of the couple must be Jewish.
InfantCPR provides an annual $1,000 grant every year in January to be used toward IVF Funding.

California
Feit 4 KidZ Fertility Loan Fund in conjunction with Jewish Free Loan, helps individuals and couples in the LA and Ventura area of Southern California struggling with infertility, in vitro fertilization bills, and expenses, by providing them with interest-free loans of up to $15,000.
Florida
Assisted Fertility Program in Jacksonville offers $5,000 IVF (excluding medication) for households making under $50,000 per year.
Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana or Missouri
Chicago Coalition for Family Building
offers IVF cycle grants or financial grants up to $10,000 for individuals or couples seeking treatment in IL and who live in IL, WI, IA, IN or MO.
Illinois
Angels of Hope offers $15,000 IVF grants to married couples living in Will and Grundy Counties and who can demonstrate hardship. Applications are reviewed in the Spring and Fall of each year.
Louisiana
Sarah’s Laughter in Baton Rouge offers a $10,000 grant for patients to be treated at a SART-registered clinic.
New York and Connecticut
Nest Egg Foundation provides eligible individuals or couples up to $10,000 to be used for IVF at 1 of 2 eligible Connecticut-based clinics. Additional eligibility requirements, including diagnostic requirements apply.

The State of New York earmarks nearly $1M per year for residents who earn under $195,000 per year and who are good candidates for IVF. We did a thorough rundown of the program here.
North Carolina
Pay it Forward Foundation helps couples pay for additional fertility treatment when past procedures have failed & grants for fertility preservation and treatment for military personnel and cancer patients.
Ohio
Madeleine Gordon Gift of Life Foundation provides IVF grants to married couples in the greater Cincinnati area.
Parental Hope annually awards multiple grants that cover the full cost of one cycle of IVF or one Frozen Embryo Transfer. Additionally, in association with the Institute for Reproductive Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, one cycle of IVF is raffled off at Parental Hope's annual fundraiser during National Infertility Awareness Week.
Tennessee
Starfish Fertility Foundation offers IVF grants to any person living within 100 miles of Nashville.
Texas
Fertility Foundation of Texas awards $12,000 IVF grants twice a year for patients living in Central Texas and who earn $100,000 or less.
Utah, Idaho, Washington
Footsteps for Fertility works with roughly 10 local clinics to provide either in-kind treatment at $10,000 per grant or $5,000 in cash grants.
PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE
Compassionate Care Program allows eligible patients to save 25%, 50%, or 75% off the self-pay price of EMD Serono’s fertility medications. Eligibility based on income.
Eligible self-pay patients can receive a discount, via rebate, off their out-of-pocket costs on select EMD Serono fertility medications through GO Direct Rebate.
CLINIC SPECIFIC
One IVF cycle (medications included) is made available annually in April through Northern California Fertility Medical Center.
CNY gives away a free IVF cycle monthly. Eligibility requirements vary from month to month.
UCSF runs an innovative, no-frills program for patients living in the Bay Area. When we reviewed the data it looked like costs were about 15% of an IVF cycle with success rates about 40% as good. Here's our synopsis of the program.
HRC offers a 40% IVF discount to active duty personnel and veterans. Locations that participate are: Oceanside, Laguna Hills, Newport Beach, Fullerton, Rancho Cucamonga, Pasadena, Encino, Westlake Village and West LA.
University of Iowa offers 50% discounts for veterans (with a DD214) on retrievals and transfers. U.S. cancer patients who earn under $100,000 per year are eligible for a 35% discount per retrieval. Patients with a family history of Huntington's Disease may be eligible for a free IVF cycle (first come, first serve).
The Busch Foundation provides IVF grants for NC state residents through a Bundle of Joy Fund and only those who are being treated at REACH Fertility in Charlotte are eligible.
Shady Grove Fertility provides typically at least one IVF cycle grant per year in coordination with The Cade Foundation.
Houston Fertility Institute participates in the Sparkles of Life program that provides 5 steeply-discounted IVF cycles per year.
Tennessee Reproductive Medicine offers 35% off of IVF treatment for a patient or spouse who is part of a military, police, sheriff, or firefighter unit.
The Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) offers a 20% discount for non-injured active duty military personnel.
Samantha's Gift of Hope is a monetary award that has been distributed quarterly to chosen families who joined, qualified for, and applied successfully to the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility.
Spring Together Fertility Grant is giving 4 patients financial assistance up to $17,500 in both New York and the SF Bay area to be used at the Spring Fertility Clinic
