What truly sets Dr. Park apart is how she treats her patients as whole people, not just as cases or charts. From the very beginning, she made us feel seen and heard. She took the time to truly understand our story, explain every step of the process in detail, and answer all of our questions with patience and compassion. In a journey that can often feel clinical and overwhelming, Dr. Park made it personal. She recognized the emotional weight of what we were going through and always made us feel like we mattered—not just as patients, but as individuals with hopes and dreams. Her ability to blend expertise with genuine empathy gave us the strength to keep going.

Every appointment I would come in with a list of questions and varying emotions and all my concerns were always addressed in detail. I left every appointment feeling better about the next step and overall process.

We have been trying to get pregnant for more than 10 years. We even had 5 IUI with two miscarriages and one D&C before we decided to proceed with IVF. And when we decided, we have interviewed 3 IVF clinics since 2018. And in 2021 when we moved to Torrance, my husband and I were searching for the best IVF clinic that is close to our home. We interviewed one and was not comfortable with it then we found Incinta Fertility Clinic and we were beyond blessed. The moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Lin, we knew he is the one. My husband and I felt really comfortable and confident with him. He explained every details of IVF and the chance we have considering my age. He's very experienced and his expertise is top notch. I love how thorough and very careful he is with every process and procedure. Another thing that I would like to highlight is my care team. Lily and Donna were amazing. There were times that Lily had to do my ultrasounds due to I was only available early morning most of the time. She's very gentle and really handled me with care. And Donna who is my nurse coordinator is such an incredible person. She really made sure that I was taking care of and made us feel that we're in good hands. She has done things with extra miles. She responds quickly to all my questions and would even answered my emails even after working hours. She's very knowledgeable and she really cares for her patients. To all the staff of Incinta, from the front office to Finance Dept, to Patient Relations to Medical Team, we are beyond grateful. This is not an easy journey for us but we are forever thankful for showing us all the support that we need and for showing the care that every patient deserves to have.

Dr. Park was excellent. She explained everything in great detail, and I had several conversations with her throughout the treatment and FET.

Dr.Lin was very friendly and have a great sense of humor, i had read so many reviews about him on IQ, yelp, google before i chose him. Luckily I made a good decision. For every appt I see him, he's always busy but do takes time to answer my questions. He is very knowledgable and made us think our case is easy peasy. He smiles and sings while performing ultrasounds for me. I got his cell phone # when consulted in other clinic, he does reply me whenever i have questions. All the staff of his professional team are very nice, smiling face all the time, no attitudes, who also encourage me thru every steps of the fertility treatment. my case coordinator Crystal even answer my question after working hours, which i felt shes very caring about her patience and not treating me as numbers.
