She [Dr. Karen Altay] has very limited hours of seeing patients. MWF 8-2pm. This wasn't communicated until we did 2 months of tests...We thought she just saw patients during regular business hours, not the half days. As a result we'll have to look elsewhere for IUIs... Lots of testing but not a lot of results that were discussed...seems as though the dr has a plan towards retirement with reduced working hour
Blood tests [at would be complete and I would receive the results in a web portal but the dr wouldn't call/meet with me until CD 1. I hoped to talk about the results to make a plan right away, but the staff screened me from the dr so I had to wait a couple weeks just to get the results 'read'...Small clinic, nice small staff. Weaknesses: seems as though the dr has a plan towards retirement with reduced working hours...$900 out of pocket each month before starting any service.

She has very limited hours of seeing patients. MWF 8-2pm. This wasn't communicated until we did 2 months of tests. I don't think anyone can get pregnant if they don't do IUIs outside of that area. We thought she just saw patients during regular business hours, not the half days. As a result we'll have to look elsewhere for IUIs.
